China Financial Risk 50 Forum (CFR50) was registered and headquartered in Shanghai, upon the approval and financial sponsorship from China Shanghai Government in 2016. The mandates of CFR50 is to conduct researches on frontier techniques in financial risk field, to cultivate financial risk culture awareness by education and trainings, and to continuously develop the comprehensive risk management capabilities and capacities of the financial industry in China and beyond.

Asia-Pacific Risk Professionals Association (ARPA) was established in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China in November 2016, with the aim of researching, developing and promoting cutting-edge theories, technologies and best industry practices in the field of financial risk, compliance management and internal control at financial industries worldwide.

China Sage Global Education is registered with the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) for Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits. According to the overall planning of official training in People's Bank of China, it assumes the training responsibility of officials in PBC's Head Office, the cadres above the division level of the branches (operation offices), the governor of provincial capital sub-branch, and the senior professionals from the head office and the branches. Authorized by the Head Office, it carries out the international academic exchanges concerning financial training; according to the long-term planning and implementation of distance education development, it is responsible for the concrete implementation of distance education training of PBC; it organizes the Financial English Certificate Test; it provides the training and consulting services for the financial system and whole society.
